Tips

Mix a blend of butter, garlic and herbs in a bowl. Spoon out onto a piece of cling film, twisting ends to create a sausage shape. Place wrapped herbed butter sausage in a freezer proof container. Store in freezer. Take out and cut slices of herbed butter to melt onto flat breads or other recipes as required.
