Since the closure of Soy Products (which was part of FG Roberts) we have had to source a different Soy Flour. This Soy Flour does affect how much liquid is required in your recipes, therefore please be mindful that your recipes may need tweaking. 

There is also a more present Soy smell, however it does not affect the finished product in terms of taste or texture.  

Our Premium Plain Flour is like no other Gluten Free Plain Flour on the market and is so versatile.
