Portobello & Caramelised Onion Burger Patties
Ingredients
- 100gram Nature’s Meal
- 100ml boiling water
- 200gram diced portobello mushrooms
- 100gram caramelised onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon vegetable salt
Method
- Sauté the diced portobello mushrooms in a little butter or oil until soft and coloured
- All dry ingredients to a bowl and mix together
- Add the sauteed mushrooms and caramelised onion and boiling water to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine
- With damp hands, shape into 4-6 burger patties (depending on desired size)
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before grilling
