chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 500g Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 140g oil (vegetable oil preferred)
- 140g water
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°c (160 degrees Celsius fan forced)
- Grease 18cm cake tin with a little oil or butter and line with baking paper
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes – skewer should display slight adhesion for a nice moist cake
Tip: Allow to cool in a tin or container for a better moisture retention
