chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 500g Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 140g oil (vegetable oil preferred)
  • 140g water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°c (160 degrees Celsius fan forced)
  2. Grease 18cm cake tin with a little oil or butter and line with baking paper
  3. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes – skewer should display slight adhesion for a nice moist cake

Tip: Allow to cool in a tin or container for a better moisture retention
