Ingredients - donuts

  • 250g Donut Mix
  • 225ml water
  • 50g melted butter

Ingredients - coating

  • 30g melted butter
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon – mix and brush onto warm donuts


  1. Preheat oven to 200°
  2. Spray donut pan with canola oil
  3. Place all ingredients including melted butter into a mixing bowl
  4. Combine well with a wooden spoon to a smooth batter consistency
  5. Pour into oiled donut pan and fill to the top of the pan
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, donuts are ready when springy to touch
  7. Turn out onto a cake rack and coat whilst still warm
