Donut
Ingredients - donuts
- 250g Donut Mix
- 225ml water
- 50g melted butter
Ingredients - coating
- 30g melted butter
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon – mix and brush onto warm donuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°
- Spray donut pan with canola oil
- Place all ingredients including melted butter into a mixing bowl
- Combine well with a wooden spoon to a smooth batter consistency
- Pour into oiled donut pan and fill to the top of the pan
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, donuts are ready when springy to touch
- Turn out onto a cake rack and coat whilst still warm
